Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours of the booked session time for a refund. Any cancellation outside of that 24 hours window will not qualify for a refund. Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times for another available date at no additional cost if rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the session. If more than three reschedulings occur, there is a 15% fee. If you were given a code for a free session, rescheduling is unfortunately unavailable.
